Artwork Confirmation: Once you submit your order, we will email you a digital proof for approval before printing. Each order includes two free editing rounds; additional editing rounds are $30 + tax each.
If you upload your own artwork, our designers will double-check to ensure it meets the necessary requirements. If it does, we will move it to the production queue. If there are any errors, we will email you for corrections.
Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks after artwork confirmation. Rush orders are processed within 3-4 business days after confirmation. Please allow 1-5 business days for artwork preparation. During peak season, these timeframes may increase, so we recommend placing your order well in advance of your event date.
