Artwork Confirmation:
Once you submit your order, we will email you a digital proof for approval before printing. Each order includes two free editing rounds; additional editing rounds are $30 each.
If you upload your own artwork, our designers will double-check to ensure it meets the necessary requirements. If it does, we will move it to the production queue. If there are any errors, we will email you for corrections.
Our standard turnaround time is 2 weeks after artwork confirmation. Rush orders are processed within 3-4 business days after confirmation. Please allow 1-5 business days for artwork preparation. During peak season, these timeframes may increase, so we recommend placing your order well in advance of your event date.

Guest Count Guide (Approximate):
- 18" x 24" – 25 to 50 guests
- 24" x 36" – 100 to 150 guests
- 36" x 48" – 150 to 250 guests

Please note: This is a very rough guide to help you choose a board size. The number of guests that can fit on each size depends on layout, font choice, and personal preference.
If you'd like to fit more names within your selected board size, we can adjust the layout accordingly. However, increasing the guest count will result in a smaller font size.
